Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Suryauday Haveli was absolutely unforgettable. The location on the banks of the Ganges is perfect for soaking in the local culture, and the atmosphere is incredibly tranquil. The staff was genuinely welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home throughout my visit. The food was a highlight, featuring beautifully spiced dishes that I couldn't get enough of. However, while the haveli is a delightful retreat, it’s worth noting that certain expected amenities like meat and alcohol are not available due to its sacred location.
Staying at Amritara SuryaUday Haveli was a wonderful experience. The location right on the banks of the Ganges provided breathtaking views and easy access to the ghats. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it’s worth noting that there are only about half with river views, so be sure to request one if you can. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which truly made my stay memorable. However, finding the Haveli can be quite tricky due to the narrow alleys, so having assistance is recommended.
The hotel offers a unique experience right on the banks of the Ganges, providing a blend of heritage charm and modern amenities. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with lovely views of the river. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable. However, access to the hotel can be challenging, especially for older guests, and the dining options could use a bit more variety.
